All Plan Submissions, Applications for Permits (including Special Use Permits and Land Disturbance), Commercial and Residential Re-Occupancy Requests, Backflow Test Reports, and Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing License Information should be taken to the DROP BOX.
For a Plan Submission, customers should print and complete the proper permit application form that corresponds to the plan submission and attach it to the plan set for drop off at the DROP BOX.

Commercial and Residential Re-Occupancy Requests, and Meter Out Applications shall be submitted using [email protected]; they can be mailed; see Mail-in address
Backflow Test Reports can be mailed; see Mail-in address
Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing License Information can be mailed; see Mail-in address; we are currently working on establishing virtual licensing meetings
We are accepting Plan Resubmittals for projects already in our system
Satellite Offices (North, South, and West) are closed for Transportation and Public Works customers. No Transportation or Public Works business may be transacted at any of these satellite offices
The E-Permits portal is functioning with no change in service. Please visit https://aca.stlouisco.com/CitizenAccess/. Research Requests are being accepted through email using [email protected] or by calling 314-615-2528.
