Improving Ventilation in Your Home‚Äč

Staying safer at home means spending more time with members of your household, and that is the best way to keep COVID-19 out of your home. However, if a visitor needs to be in your home, improving ventilation (air flow) can help prevent virus particles from accumulating in the air. Good ventilation, along with other preventive actions, can help prevent you from getting and spreading COVID-19. There are ways you can improve ventilation in your home. Use as many ways as you can to help clear out virus particles in your home faster.

  • Bring as much fresh air into your home as possible.
  • Filter the air in your home.
  • Turn on the exhaust fan in your bathroom and kitchen.
  • Use fans to improve airflow.
  • Limit the number of visitors inside your home.

Vaccine Pre-Registration

Residents who wish to pre-register for the COVID-19 vaccine can do so by emailing us at [email protected] or using the link at https://stlcorona.com/covid19-vaccines/. Please note that only those in the state’s 1A tier as described here,  can be scheduled for a vaccine at this time. Individuals in other tiers who register with DPH will be notified when vaccination is available for people in their tier.
