St. Louis County in-person services and events may be cancelled, rescheduled, or impacted due to COVID-19. Below you can find more information about these changes.

In accordance with CDC recommendations and the St. Louis County Department of Public Health, in order to keep our staff, volunteers, and community safe, the St. Louis County Animal Adoption Center will be closed to the public starting Tuesday, March 17, 2020.

In person face to face services at 41 S. Central in Clayton are suspended.

Due to the current COVID-19 Stay At Home Order from County Executive Page, we are working with a reduced staff, all of whom are working out of the Office

Council Oversight of COVID-19 Funding and Expenditures Committee Meeting

The County Clerk’s office is closed to the public as of March 19, 2020 until further notice

St. Louis County Council meeting at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 19, 2020, will be accessible by conference call.

The Emergency Communications Commission regular meeting 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 14, 2020, will be accessible by conference call.

Effective Friday, March 20, 2020, all Department of Human Services locations will be closed to the public.

St. Louis County Justice Services has suspended all volunteer services.

Effective immediately all attorney visits with inmates in the jail will only take place via the legal visitation booth from the public side access.

All St. Louis County Probation and Alternative Community Service Offices are CLOSED for walk in visits effective 3/20/20 until further notice.

In light of the current health concerns with the COVID-19 Virus, we regretful are suspending all inmate social visitation effective Saturday, March 21 and until further notice.

All offenders sentenced to the alternative Weekender Program at the jail by the St. Louis County Courts has been suspended until further notice.

Until Further Notice anyone needing access to the Justice Center must enter through the Courts Building.

St. Louis County Justice Services Advisory Board meeting scheduled for Friday, March 27, 2020 is canceled.

Due to the current health threat COVID-19, the employee gym located on the 3rd floor administrative area of the Justice Center will be closed until further notice.

The St. Louis County Municipal Court shall postpone and reschedule all dockets, hearings, trials, and other proceedings during the State of Emergency.

All scheduled court dates remain suspended.

Effective March 30, 2020, the St. Louis County Municipal Court hours will be from 8:00am-2:00pm, Monday through Friday.

In-person/face-to-face services at 41 South Central have moved to 105 SOUTH CENTRAL in the Court’s Building.

The Department of Public Health is taking additional steps to prevent the further spread of COVID-19. As a result, we have consolidated essential services at alternate locations in order to assure the health and wellbeing of all constituents and employees.

Due to the current circumstances with COVID-19, Problem Property volunteer clean up projects are cancelled at this time until further notice.

The following are Department of Public Works, Sewer and Water Lateral service changes.

St. Louis County Satellite Offices (North, South, and West) are closed for Transportation and Public Works customers.

Self-service microfilm research is closed to the public located at the 1050 N. Lindbergh office.

In-person/face-to-face services at North, South, and West satellite locations are suspended.

In-person/face-to-face services at all offices are suspended.

Treasury payment centers at North and South St. Louis County Government Satellite Offices are closed.

In an effort to promote public health and safety, effective 03/27/2020, the Saint Louis County Department of Public Health's Division of Vital Records lobby located at 6121 N. Hanley Road, Berkeley, MO will be closed to in-person guests until further notice.
